Component parts
B&R Machine is a custom machine shop producing hundreds of different precision components on a weekly basis. We manufacture shafts, pumps, valves, aircraft parts, printer rollers, large and small housings, automobile components, helicopter cutters, military transport components, aircraft carrier components and thousands of other parts.
With a blanket P.O. our customers can request monthly drop shipments to fit their production runs.
Assembly
The components we manufacture are in most cases added to a sub-assembly and then to a final assembly. We have sub-assembly and full assembly capabilities and test for functionality and operational compliance, together with appropriate documentation, before leaving our facility.
The machine shown here is made up of over 900 components with approximately 800 manufactured on our premises. After assembly and final testing we ship one per month for international destinations.
